The Drone Essentials course is comprehensively mapped across a broad range of curriculum areas, integrating elements of STEM education with practical, real-world applications.
The course supports learning outcomes in Science, Mathematics, and Digital Technologies by engaging students in topics such as mapping, measurement, coding, and data analysis.
Fostering skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and responsible drone operation is a key focus in the workshop. These subjects' areas are supported by other core subjects such as English, Geography, Geoscience and Art and Creativity which allow diverse groups to engage with the session.
